Apni Chat Apna Ghar The applicant is the head of his family, as recorded in NADRA records. He is a permanent resident of Punjab as shown on his/her identity card. The applicant is the sole owner and occupier of land measuring 5 marla or less in urban areas and up to 10 marla in rural areas, where he/she wants to construct his/her house.

How to repay loan for Apna Chat Apna Ghar program
If we talk about loan repayment, there will be no repayment in the first 3 months. 14000 monthly amount after 3 months will be installment amount. The total time to repay the loan is 7 years. No interest shall be “interest” on this loan.
